dc.description.resumo_abstractThis research is situated within the context of the exposure of children and adolescents in the digital environment and the phenomenon of adultification on social networks, especially given the widespread circulation of sexualized content involving children and young people. The study starts from the following research problem: to what extent does the sexualized and adultifying exposure of children and adolescents in the digital environment, attributed to the Hytalo Santos case, violate the doctrine of integral protection foreseen in the 1988 Federal Constitution and the Statute of Children and Adolescents? The relevance of the topic is justified by the need to deepen the legal debate about the forms of violation of fundamental children's and adolescents' rights in the virtual environment, considering the impacts of digital exposure on the healthy development of children and adolescents. The general objective of the research is to analyze to what extent the sexualized and adultifying exposure of children and adolescents in the digital environment, attributed to the Hytalo Santos case, constitutes a violation of the doctrine of integral protection foreseen in the 1988 Federal Constitution and the Statute of Children and Adolescents. Regarding methodology, the research is qualitative in nature, using the deductive method and bibliographic and documentary research techniques, based on the analysis of the 1988 Federal Constitution, the Statute of Children and Adolescents, relevant digital legislation, specialized doctrine, scientific articles, and materials related to the case study. It is concluded that the adultification and sexualized exposure of children and adolescents in the digital environment, evidenced in high-profile cases such as that of Hytalo Santos, constitute violations of the principles of comprehensive protection, demonstrating the need to strengthen legal, institutional, and social measures aimed at protecting childhood in the context of social networks.pt_BR
